⚛ IndieFilmWorks Presents:
⚠️ Someone’s been messing with history.

For years, I’ve taught film in an increasingly fragile space… an analog discipline standing on the edge of a digital singularity. Storytelling hasn’t disappeared, but the way we create, interpret and distribute it has fundamentally changed.
That tension became the foundation for a new project: Scene Stealers AI.
The Premise
What happens if the greatest films ever made weren’t exactly as we remember them?
In Scene Stealers, FilmProfessor Angelo Ford, alongside his AI assistant Aura and his dog Roxy, accidentally activates a forbidden time-travel device.
They aren’t sent into the future.
They’re sent backward… into cinema itself.
Their mission is simple:
Slip into the worlds of iconic films. Fix the broken moments. Get out before anyone notices.
But there’s a problem.
Every change ripples forward.
When You Fix a Film… You Change Reality
A stronger line in Dr. Strangelove reshapes the tone of Cold War satire… and subtly alters how the real world processes nuclear fear.
A small intervention during Jaws shifts the balance between fear and fascination… influencing how audiences perceive technology and the unknown.
A single frame in Citizen Kane reframes how generations interpret power, memory, and loss.
These aren’t just films.
They’re cultural anchors. They're time anchors.
And when those anchors move… everyone, everything, everywhere moves with them.
More Than a Series
What begins as a mission to protect cinema becomes something much bigger.
Scene Stealers evolves into:
🌀 A time-travel adventure
🌀 A love letter to filmmaking
🌀 A philosophical exploration of creativity and authorship in the age of AI
Who controls the narrative when tools become intelligent creators without emotion?
And at the center of it all…
A film professor trying to preserve meaning.
An AI learning what meaning means.
And a dog who knows the illusion of it all.
Why This Project Exists
At IndieFilmWorks, the mission has always been clear:
Filmmaking is not just about creating content. It’s about understanding why stories work.
Scene Stealers AI is an extension of that idea.
It’s not just a show. It’s a framework for exploring:
• Story structure
• Cinematic language
• The impact of small creative decisions
The Experiment
This project sits at the intersection of:
Storytelling Education
AI-assisted creation and World-building
It asks a simple but uncomfortable question:
If we had the ability to “fix” history… should we?
What’s Next
Scene Stealers AI is currently in development.
The first missions will explore films that didn’t just entertain audiences, but shaped culture itself.
Because great films aren’t accidents... They’re designed.
